Hospital care
There are many reasons to be in the hospital. Some pets are visiting for routine procedures, such as neuters or dental procedures. Some are in for important medical care for conditions like heart or kidneys disease…and some are fighting for their lives.
Regardless of the reason, we have hospital services for all levels of care, and we care equally about all of our hospital patients.
We understand that leaving your pet in hospital can be stressful, so please talk to our staff about the safety measures we put in place for all our patients.
Nurses check all patients regularly, and our vets write hospital charts with all the medications regular checks required for each patient.
Intensive patients are monitored continuously by webcam, and staff are always close at hand to intervene if anything goes wrong.
We have visiting hours twice a day, which are times to meet your pet’s medical team, ask any questions you might have, as well as bring in their favourite snack or just some TLC!
We know cats are very particular about their surroundings…so we have a dedicated cat ward where our cats can stay well away from the sounds and smells of those troublesome dogs!
Some of our hospital patients become our best friends. When you’re in a fight for life…we’re in it with you.

When your pet is sick, we’ll do everything we can to make them better, and it’s a very special pleasure watching our hospital patients go home after a serious illness.
We are constantly amazed by the strength and spirit our friends show when they’re fighting for life, and it’s our mission to help them to be back with their family just as soon as they can.
