Your trusted face of family veterinary care in the New Territories for over 30 years.

Established by Dr Ken Thorley in 1992, Victoria Vet Clinic has remained committed to providing the highest possible standard of care for pets and their families.

There has never been a more exciting time for animal medicine, in Hong Kong and all over the world.  We have access to technology, equipment, techniques and information which would have been unimaginable just a few years ago.

Now, more than ever,  pet families want access to the wonderful new benefits promised by all these changes,  but they also need trusted and experienced faces to help guide them through what can be a sometimes confusing range of choices.

Staying ahead of rapid changes is a constant challenge,  that’s why all the vets at Victoria have always engaged in continuing education and advanced qualifications…and why we’ll always continue to do so.

Our Vision:

At Victoria, we aim to always be at the forefront of veterinary medicine, by always striving for knowledge and experience of the newest, best and safest techniques for your pets.

Our Mission:

To alway push ourselves to be the best we possibly can, to stay up to date with the best possible standard of veterinary medicine, and to bring that to pet families with careful and patient communication.

Our Values :

Above all, pets are family to you…and they are to us as well.   Every vet and nurse at Victoria has their own pets, and we treat your pets as if they were our own.

That means compassion above all else.

That means being there when times get tough…and also when times are fun!

We value open and patient communication.

Medicine can be complex, and explaining options is a critical part of our process.

Ultimately, we want to be the first face you turn to when you need help for your most important family members.
